When Muir pushed whether he closed down the country if the scientists advised him to do so, Biden reacted, “I would shut it down. I would listen to the scientists.”

” There’s going to be no need, in my view, to be able to shut down the entire economy,” Biden said. “I got asked by David Muir a concern, if I was asked to shut everything down. I took that as a generic concern if– am I going to follow the science? I am going to firmly insist, and I insist now, with no authority, that every responsible individual in this nation, when they’re out in public or not, with the mate that they have dealt with– due to the fact that they know they haven’t spread it to their spouse, better half, and so on– that they wear a mask.”
